Providing you solutions in the event of a Canada Post service disruption

As you may be aware, Canada Post may be impacted by a labour dispute which could cause disruptions to mail delivery. In anticipation of this potential labour dispute, we are providing our members and clients with information on available alternatives to ensure minimal disruption.

The following options will allow you to receive your financial information and ensure you are up to date on all payments.

Account statements

There are a number of options available to access your account information during a postal disruption. All account information, including information on your chequing and savings accounts, loans and mortgages, is available through our online banking service and our mobile app. If you need help setting up online banking, please contact your nearest branch for assistance. You may also want to consider signing up for e-statements, which allow you to receive your statements more quickly and securely. Best of all, they’re free! Alternately, you can access your account information by visiting your nearest branch where a representative can provide a printout of your account statement.

Mastercard® statements

Mastercard cardholders can access their Mastercard statements and payment information at or by calling Collabria at 1-855-341-4643.

Qtrade statements

If you need to view your account statement from Qtrade, please contact your wealth management representative.

Bill payments

Should there be a postal service disruption, you’ll still need to make sure your bills are paid on time. You can make bill payments through our online banking service, mobile app or by visiting your nearest branch.

Insurance clients

We want to ensure all of our insurance clients receive continual coverage. In the event of a postal service disruption, renewal notices, which are usually mailed out, will be replaced with a phone call from one of our insurance representatives. If your insurance is coming up for renewal soon, please contact your nearest insurance office. Please remember that your responsibility to keep your payment current on your insurance premiums continues during a postal service disruption.
